How a Clean Colon could Lead to a More Beautiful and Vibrant You!

If you have been experiencing bouts of constipation coupled with any or maybe even all of these other symptoms – bloating, abdominal cramps, bad breath, body odor, yeast infection, or even nail fungi – then your colon may have just been calling out for a major cleansing overhaul! It is high time you heed its call!

There are intriguingly so many ways on how cleansing can make you more beautiful. Some of which, you surely must have heard of, like weight loss and better complexion, but there are a still a relatively large number of ways that remain unknown and may even come as shock for you.

First up is bloating. The denotative meaning of being bloated is becoming swollen or inflated. Connotatively, being bloated pertains more to that feeling of ungainliness you are having around the lower abdominal area. At this junction, it is wise to inject little piece of trivia: Your colon can actually store up to 10 pounds worth of fecal material at a time. So, the next time you see more of that little bump on your otherwise flat tummy, you might want to hit the toilet first before trying to fit into your skinny jeans.

Second on the list is halitosis and body odor. Halitosis is just the medical term, more of a euphemism, if you ask me, for bad breath. These two conditions take root in hygiene. However, if you have been as hygienic as possible and yet still have these unpleasantries, then it is time to take a closer look inside. Your colon stores waste materials before eliminating them. If it stays for long periods of time, some of the toxins that ought to have been removed by the body may have been reabsorbed instead.

Having dull nails and even duller hair? Before diving into this critical issue, it is time to introduce our second piece of trivia: Did you know that only the only living part of both our nails and hair are their roots? Well, roots for hair and nail beds for nails, that is. As cells in these areas rapidly reproduce, the older ones are pushed out and eventually die as nutrients would no longer reach them. That is the reason why we do not feel pain when we cut our hair or nails. Anyhow, the cells on the roots and nail beds are solely dependent on the nutrients we take in our body. If we take in the not so healthy types of food, or, as mentioned earlier, if the body reabsorbs the toxins from our waste and have these circulate in the bloodstream, then our nails would not be as strong, and our hair be as lustrous.

In a nutshell, it is best to emphasize that our bodies respond only to what we provide it with. We are what we eat, after all. Given the right type of food with the right balance, then our bodies will be just as healthy. Do the opposite, and our bodies will be as sickly and diseased-laden. The choice is yours.
